THE FIRM Tom Hillman founded
the Practice in 1983 when he assumed sole proprietorship of the Swindon
Branch of his former partnership in a West Country Practice. Having
established the original office in Swindon on qualification in 1975,
Tom Hillman has a possibly unrivalled local personal knowledge with
numerous contacts. Many such contacts have grown into successful businesses
who have relied on the practice for broad-based work and advice. Tom is able to provide
or arrange particular specialist back up where necessary which has enabled
the Practice to develop a strong commercial and residential property
base coupled with ancillary private work and a good range of general
advice. The local reputation has spread to a small but strong London
private client base many of whom have expressed a preference for a personal
and competitively priced service. Tom intends to continue
to rely on his strong personal following to consolidate and expand the
friendly service. Caroline Hunt is
a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been with the
firm of The Hillman Partnership Solicitors since early 1986. She offers
a fast, responsive Conveyancing service. With honest, no nonsense advice
from a Legal Executive with many years experience. She provides competitive
all-inclusive quotes and free telephone consultation if you wish to
discuss the matter further. With the onset of e-Conveyancing and the
advances of modern technology it is no longer necessary to live near
your Conveyancer, since most work can be conducted via different media
i.e. post, telephone, fax and e-mail. Caroline does have
an extensive local knowledge, is an approved Lawyer for a Housing Association
and has a wide knowledge of Shared Ownership Schemes and Social Housing. Caroline is also
a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and undertakes Wills, Probate,
Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, preparation of Lasting
Powers of Attorney and registration at the Court of Protection. It is
also possible to arrange home visits by prior appointment if necessary. |
